Job summary

Elegancia Mechanical Engineering Company S.P.C offers an Electrical Supervisor role responsible for supervising and scheduling the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment across project buildings in Maldives.

You will lead a team of electricians, develop work plans, coordinate with trades, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while maintaining thorough documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems in MEP operations.
• Knowledge of building codes and electrical regulations for safety and compliance.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics for installation coordination.
• Strong troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve electrical issues.
• Proven leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Clear communication with stakeholders and on-site teams.
• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair on sites or facilities.
• Lead electricians and technicians; provide guidance to ensure quality and safety.
• Develop schedules and coordinate with other trades to meet timelines and budget.
• Conduct inspections, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage procurement, storage, and inventory of electrical materials.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex electrical problems.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain on-site safety standards.
