Job summary

Wisc Inc in Cebu City is seeking a seasoned on-site supervisor for ELV systems and construction works. You will monitor, coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection and Architectural contractors, ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings, and report daily progress.

The role requires 5 years of project management, 3 years ELV, 2 years construction electrical, a Bachelor’s degree, willingness to travel, and a 6-month fixed-term contract with 8-hour shifts and 13th month pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of project management experience required.
• 3 years ELV systems experience required.
• 2 years construction electrical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, supervise and manage works and workers on site to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Ensure safety, organization and neatness on site and adherence to drawings.
• Report daily progress including manpower, forecasted vs actual works, and issues.
• Coordinate with contractors to prevent installation conflicts and ensure design compliance.
• Prepare and review RFA/As-Built documents and assist in QA/QC practices.
• Record benchmarks and witness testing/commissioning for ELV systems.
