Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking a supervisor for the mall’s equipment operations. The role involves planning and supervising electro-mechanical maintenance and related projects to ensure safe, efficient operations across the facility.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a valid professional license, with supervisory experience in electro-mechanical maintenance for large facilities. Knowledge of high-rise building equipment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical Engineering – Professional License holder in the related field is required.
• Work experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and/or construction works in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
• With working experience in line with managing business facilities (high rise building operational equipment)

Responsibilities

• Responsible in the supervision of the mall’s equipment operations, including planning and implementation of repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and related systems for safe and efficient operations.
• Provides direct planning and supervision for engineering activities, including electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenance, and engineering project management.
• Supports tenants’ utility requirements and the promotion and implementation of mall-wide regulations and policies.
