• Plan, implement, control and organize electrical, instrumentation and automation maintenance activities.
• Manage the electrical team across the production line with safety and environmental considerations.
• Ensure adherence to procedures, installation and process standards in maintenance works.
• Plan and schedule manpower and electrical works, and manage spare parts.
• Monitor electrical activities and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Initiate Improvement Projects to Enhance Plant Performance.
• Manage execution of electrical, instrumentation and automation maintenance activities to ensure safety, quality and timely completion.

Job description

Plan, implement, control and organize electrical, instrumentation and automation maintenance activities and resources including third party services to ensure all work is completed in a safe, efficient and timely manner.

Manages the activities of the electrical team taking into consideration the operational, safety and environmental aspects of the entire production line including admin and offices.

Ensure adherence to the required procedures, installation and process standards in doing maintenance works, as well as the plans and programs of the department. In-charge in planning and scheduling of manpower and electrical works, department’s spare management including the processing and monitoring of items and services requisitions.

Monitors electrical activities and provides recommendation for improvements based on the historical and actual data available to maximize the equipment availability at a minimal cost.

Initiate Improvement Projects to Enhance Plant Performance.

Manages execution of electrical, instrumentation and automation maintenance activities to ensure safety, quality of work and timely completion.
