Job summary

Grobest Feeds Philippines, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee plant maintenance and electrical systems. Schedule manpower from Job Orders, track team performance, and ensure safety, quality, and timely repairs across buildings and utilities.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and leading training for staff to uphold manufacturing standards and FSQ compliance in a food production environment. College degree preferred with strong leadership.

Qualifications

• College graduate or practical experience in one or more of the skilled trades.
• Ability to effectively accomplish diverse skilled work in the repair and maintenance.
• Outstanding skills for offering training and leadership to staff for them to be able to successfully carry out diverse duties associated with the manufacturing and machineries.

Responsibilities

• Schedule manpower work assignments from the Job Orders come from Plant Engineers.
• Tracks and logs each maintenance personnel such as overseeing the team’s performance, attendance and disciplinary issues.
• Ensures maintenance and repair work is completely safely, effectively, and in a timely manner.
• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of buildings and utilities.
• Responsible for the safety of individuals on the team and that of those impacted by any maintenance activity.
• Design, control, and implement electrical systems and products.
• Assist in running an efficient maintenance operation which is able to fulfil operational and customer demand and meet set targets
• Perform scheduled planned preventative maintenance in accordance to minimized unplanned downtime.
• Cleans the area, equipment, facilities and, such as cleaning, machine assembly, set-up, adjustments, necessary to ensure that the area is conducive to good manufacturing operations
• Perform major troubleshooting and adjustments of equipment
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation of tools and equipment are perform in accordance to food safety requirements.
