Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering (BS EE / BS ECE).
• Familiarity with Australian electrical standards AS/NZS 5139 and AS/NZS 5033.
• Strong attention to detail. This role directly affects safety, compliance, and cost.
• Clear written and verbal English communication, able to explain technical detail to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Site Review & Compliance Assessment per AS/NZS 5139, 5033 including switchboard space, phase, clearances and rebate docs.
• Roof Design & Solar System Layout balancing electrical requirements, roof geometry, and cost efficiency.
• Provide real time technical support to sales team by phone, email, SMS, and Teams from clarifying questions to full take-overs.
