Job summary
enablesGROUP is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead the end-to-end design, engineering, and delivery of renewable energy projects, including PV, BESS, and embedded networks. You will work closely with project teams across Australia and the Philippines to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Engineering and has 2+ years' EN/PV/BESS experience, with proficiency in PVsyst and AutoCAD.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering is essential.
- Preferred SAA Accreditation for PV and BESS.
- 2+ years in EN/PV/BESS engineering in Australia.
- Strong knowledge of PV/EN/BESS design, sizing, and energy storage integration.
- Proficiency in PVsyst and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and project leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and engineer projects from conception to completion (PV, BESS, EN).
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for renewable projects.
- Develop technical specifications, drawings, and documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders for delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Perform system performance analysis to maximize energy output.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks for compliance.
- Identify innovative solutions to improve asset performance.
- Manage customer relationships through project lifecycle with Senior Engineer.
- Support business growth by expanding capabilities and partnerships.
