Advanced Outsourcing and Business Services Inc. seeks a Technical and Repairs Team Lead to steer technical, electrical, repair, and maintenance activities across multiple sites in Metro Manila. The candidate will lead the team, ensure safe operations, and uphold quality standards with contractors and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Electrical Engineer with hands-on troubleshooting, strong leadership, and the ability to manage priorities and resources effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• REE/PEE is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering or facilities maintenance.
• Experience supervising technical or maintenance personnel.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Technical and Repairs team across multiple sites.
• Plan, prioritize, and monitor repair and maintenance activities.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for electrical systems.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues and ensure resolution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor quality and safety.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers; ensure safety policies.
