(1) Electrical: Focus protection coordination and upgrading aging equipment to meet current safety codes.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Must have a valid PRC License.
Training certifications relevant to the role when applicable
With 5-10 years' work experience as engineering lead; with 1-year asset rejuvenation or brownfield projects
Project management essentials, highly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office Suite.
Willing to be assigned in Pagbilao, Quezon Province
1. Strategic Scoping & Risk Management
Draft comprehensive Statements of Work (SOW) for feasibility and detailed design studies, ensuring alignment with Asset Risk Assessments and Life Cycle Management Plans (LCMP).
Incorporate discipline-specific requirements (e.g., obsolescence mapping for C&A, arc-flash mitigation for Electrical, or remaining life assessment for Static equipment).
Perform site visits, walk through and interviews to fully gather requirements and detailed scope.
2. Vendor & Portfolio Execution
Lead Vendor Engagement: Act as the technical authority during bid evaluations, kick-off meetings, and execution to ensure vendor deliverables meet EPC quality standards and project timelines.
Technical Review: Review vendor-produced Feasibility Study Reports, ensuring they are technically aligned with standards, address brownfield integration challenges and provide a viable path to execution.
Accountability: Primary owner for the timely delivery of all discipline-specific engineering outputs across the study portfolio by leading the group of Owner's engineer or driving vendor execution for 3rd party studies
3. Integrated Engineering & Governance
Cross-Discipline Integration: Drive interdisciplinary design reviews to eliminate "siloed" engineering, ensuring, for example, that Mechanical Static upgrades are supported by necessary Electrical and C&I modifications.
Project Governance: Author and defend Management of Change (MOC) documentation and Investment Project Governance Committee (IPGC) materials to secure technical and financial stage-gate approvals for projects under the portfolio.
4. Transition & Lifecycle Readiness
PM Liaison & Pillar 2 Transition: Serve as the primary technical focal point for Project Managers to ensure a seamless "handshake" during the transition to Pillar 2 (typically the Execution/Implementation phase).
Phase Readiness: Develop technical packages, long-lead item (LLI) specifications, and execution strategies to ensure a "Right First Time" transition from the Define phase to Execute.
Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 8hrs./day
