Job summary

One Outsource Direct Corporation in Manila City, Metro Manila, is seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to lead our engineering operations. This full-time role focuses on driving reliability, safety, and efficiency across mechanical systems and processes.

You will manage a team of technicians and engineers, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety standards while optimizing budgets and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical operations and maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of mechanical technicians and engineers, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance programmes to minimise equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan.
• Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems and equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all mechanical work complies with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, track expenditures, and optimise resource allocation.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems and provide technical solutions to operational challenges.
• Liaise with other departments to coordinate mechanical support for projects and operational needs.
• Document maintenance records, work orders, and performance metrics for compliance and analysis.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
