Job summary

Suntrust Properties, Inc. seeks an Electrical Engineer to oversee condominium construction including its amenities until turnover to Condo Corp. The role monitors electrical and auxiliary works and ensures alignment with approved plans and specifications.

You will guide contractors in interpreting drawings, inspect construction activities, and conduct material testing at each stage. Preference is for a licensed engineer with at least three years of experience.

Qualifications

• BS Electrical Engineering degree required or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Preferably licensed with at least three years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor electrical and auxiliary works construction of condominium including amenities until turnover.
• Assist/guide contractors in interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and proper material usage.
• Inspect and conduct material testing at all stages of work.
• Evaluate contractors' weekly progress and report findings to the Project Manager.
• Conduct punch-list of completed works to ensure readiness for unit owners.
