Suntrust Properties, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to monitor the civil works construction of condominium projects, including amenities, until turnover to Condo Corp.

The role involves guiding contractors on drawings and specifications, inspecting site activities, and ensuring materials are used per approved plans. It also requires performing material testing and generating a punch-list for handover readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PRC License is required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor the civil works construction of condominium including its amenities until turnover to Condo Corp.
• Orient contractors in the interpretation of construction drawings and specifications.
• Inspect construction activities to ensure work is executed per approved plans and that materials are properly utilized by Admin workers.
• Inspect and conduct material testing at every stage and report findings to the Project Manager
• Conduct punch-list of all completed works to ensure units are ready and acceptable.
