Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Project and Technical Support Engineer to plan, coordinate, and supervise CAPEX projects across the property portfolio in Meycauayan, Bulacan. You will perform technical audits, assess building systems, and ensure compliance with standards and permits.

The role covers construction supervision, value engineering, and collaboration with property management teams to deliver asset enhancements and renovations.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of BS Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed as Electrical Engineer.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in project management, construction, or engineering services.
• Willing to be assigned in Meycauayan, Bulacan.
• Amenable to work from Mondays to Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, monitor, and supervise CAPEX, asset enhancement, repair, and renovation projects across properties.
• Conduct periodic technical audits and condition assessments of building systems and facilities.
• Review tenant fit-out plans and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with standards and permits.
• Provide technical support to Property Management Operations on building systems and infrastructure.
• Participate in documentation, reporting, and engineering evaluations of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, environmental regulations, and safety requirements; coordinate permits and inspections.
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with clients, property managers, tenants, consultants, and authorities; participate in project meetings and reviews.
