Job summary

Atlas Copco Group is seeking an Electrical Product Engineer to lead development of electrical and electronic solutions for new products. You will design circuits, create schematics, and document engineering specs while collaborating with mechanical, software, manufacturing, and quality teams.

You will support prototyping, testing, validation, and industrialization to bring innovations to market, while driving improvements and ensuring compliance with CE/UL standards and customer requirements.

Your role

Your day-to-day

• Design and develop innovative electrical and electronic solutions for new product development projects.
• Create and maintain electrical schematics, technical documentation, and engineering specifications.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, manufacturing, and quality teams throughout the product development process.
• Support prototyping, testing, validation, and industrialization activities to bring new products to market.
• Investigate technical challenges and drive continuous improvements in product performance, quality, and reliability.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable standards, regulations, and customer requirements.

Your Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical and electronic product development.
• Proficiency in EPLAN P8 and electrical design tools.
• Experience with electrical schematics, control systems, and industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical standards and certifications, including CE and UL/CSA requirements.
• Experience supporting prototyping, testing, validation, and industrialization activities.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on‑site at our Product Company in Zaragoza, Spain.
