Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor - Electrical (Fixed Term) to oversee the design, installation, and maintenance program for our swine and poultry farm facilities, systems, and equipment, ensuring reliable operation and safety. The role validates preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance strategies for maximum efficiency.

The ideal candidate holds a BS Electrical Engineering and is preferably a Registered Electrical Engineer with at least 5 years in maintenance

Qualifications

• Must graduate of BS Electrical Engineering.
• Preferably a Registered Electrical Engineer.
• With at least 5 years experience as a maintenance planner or similar function.
• Amenable to the stay-in work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of the maintenance program for farm facilities, systems and equipment.
• Review SAP data and perform technical analysis for system maintenance improvements.
• Plan, schedule and supervise repair and maintenance works, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate with planners and material analysts for efficient spare parts management.
• Establish and monitor a maintenance monitoring plan for critical and non-critical equipment.
• Provide root-cause analysis for downtime and drive cost-effective maintenance.
