Job summary

REGAN INDUSTRIAL SALES INC is seeking a Maintenance Senior Supervisor to oversee the Electrical, Mechanical, Project, and Motorpool sections, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety standards.

The role emphasizes promoting efficient technical support to Warehouse and Production to enhance company interests. Leadership and a strong technical background in facilities maintenance are essential.

Qualifications

• Preferably graduate of Engineering courses or equivalent.
• If not Engineering gradute, at least 5 years of Supervisory experience on Facilities and Maintenance.
• Must have leadership and management skills.
• Technical knowledge or understanding in electrical, mechanical, facilities and motorpool works.
• Report writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily maintenance operations across electrical, mechanical, project and motorpool sections.
• Plans, assigns, and supervises work activites of supervisors and maintenance personnel.
• Ensures proper implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Coordinates resources, manpower, and scheduling to achieve efficient operations.
• Monitor performance, progress and compliance with safety and company policies.
• Evaluates maintenance issues and provides technical guidance for problem resolution.
• Prepares and reviews maintenance reports, work orders, and project updates.
• Oversees motorpool activities, including company vehicle, forklift maintenance, repairs and utilization.
• Ensures availablity of tools, equipment and materials needed for all sections.
• Implements cost control measures to optimize maintenance expenses.
• Trains and develops subordinate to enhance technical skills and work performance.
• Reports directly to Maintenance Manager regarding overall maintenance performance and requirements.
