Job summary

AboitizPower in Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines is seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer to maintain electrical and control systems and drive system improvements for reliable operations.

The role requires licensed engineering credentials and 2–3 years of power plant experience, with knowledge of SCADA/PLC maintenance and safety compliance. You will collaborate with the maintenance team to deliver results and contribute to a sustainable energy future.

Qualifications

Licensed engineer with Electrical/ Electronics/Instrumentation and Control specialization.
2-3 years experience in power plant or allied industry.
Project experience: 2-3 years in power plant.

Responsibilities

Conducts preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment, including OT such as SCADA and PLC.
Performs condition-based monitoring and inputs data into CMMS (Maximo or similar).
Conducts routine inspection of auxiliary and other electrical equipment at regular intervals.
