Job summary

MicroSourcing in Parañaque City (Hart on Corporate Center) seeks an Electrical Estimator to prepare detailed electrical estimates, tender packages, and schedules. You will review drawings and specs, issue RFIs, and evaluate bids from suppliers and subcontractors. Hybrid work with day shifts supports collaboration and growth.

You will lead cost modeling in Excel, manage risk, and contribute to pre-contract profitability while mentoring junior staff and improving templates.

Qualifications

• Tertiary degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience preparing tender submissions, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints and specs.
• High proficiency in MS Excel for cost modeling and BOQ forecasting.
• Experience drafting RFIs and evaluating supplier/subcontractor quotes.

Responsibilities

• Tender & Cost Estimate Preparation with detailed cost breakdowns.
• Technical drawing and design review to confirm estimate parameters.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotes and supplier bids against baselines.
• Identify risks and perform value engineering for competitive bids.
• Compile forecast cost reports and monitor estimating budgets.
• Mentor junior estimators and improve bidding templates.
