Modair Manila Co., Ltd. Inc. is seeking a procurement and cost-estimation specialist to prepare quotes, formulate costs, and ensure pricing remains competitive without compromising quality.

You will assist design engineers, request quotes, drawings, catalogs, and help finalize bid proposals with the marketing team, while maintaining up-to-date price lists and performing related clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and formulates costs for all materials and equipment for contracts to achieve competitive prices without sacrificing quality and compliance to specifications.
• Prepares final quotation formats for submission after approval by higher ups.
• Ensures that the materials and equipment price list is up to date.
• Assists design engineers in inquiring and following up quotations to various suppliers.
• Requests quotes, specifications, drawings and catalogues of materials and equipment from suppliers.
• Prepares and updates estimate bid proposals and assists marketing team in finalizing the cost.
• Performs other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
