Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) preferred, but non-board passers may apply.
• Minimum 3 years in electrical manufacturing, switchgear, panelboard, or related industries.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot plant electrical equipment and production machinery.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Investigate equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
• Assist in installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment and production lines.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
• Prepare maintenance reports, equipment records, and technical documentation.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and equipment reliability.
• Supervise contractors and maintenance personnel when necessary.
• Perform other engineering-related duties assigned by Management.
