Job summary

VOION KANE PRINTING ECO PACKING (PHILIPPINES) INC. is hiring an Electrical Engineer for our Santo Tomas, Batangas plant.

This full-time role focuses on design, development and maintenance of electrical systems supporting printing and eco-packaging operations, with emphasis on reliability, efficiency and safety. You will design and install equipment, perform testing, monitor energy use, ensure Philippine electrical code compliance, and collaborate with production teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Valid PE license or equivalent certification in the Philippines.
• 3–5 years of practical experience in electrical engineering, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, control systems and automation.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and CAD tools.
• Solid understanding of Philippine electrical codes, standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise electrical systems and equipment for printing and packaging machinery.
• Conduct electrical installations, testing and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on electrical systems to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and relevant Philippine electrical codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify electrical challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Prepare technical drawings, schematics and documentation for electrical installations and modifications.
• Monitor electrical performance and energy consumption to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Train and support maintenance staff on electrical equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to protect personnel and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and system upgrades.
