Job summary

San Miguel Global Power seeks a licensed Electrical Engineer to lead EPC projects in the Philippines. You will read and interpret electrical plans, prepare technical reports and estimates, and contribute to procurement and construction activities.

You will ensure compliance with IEEE, IEC, ASTM, NFPA, ASME, Philippine Electrical Code, and Philippine Grid Code while maintaining a strong health and safety focus. Teamwork and independent work ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with valid PRC license.
• Proficient in MS Project or other related project management software.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Well versed in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts.
• Able to read and interpret electrical plans, drawings, and diagrams.
• Strong background in electrical quality standards, codes, and orders i.e. IEEE, IEC, ASTM, NFPA, ASME, Philippine Electrical Code, Philippine Grid Code, etc.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing technical reports, write-ups, and electrical estimates.
• Strong practical knowledge and commitment to health and safety.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal oversight.
