Job summary

Kajima Philippines Incorporated is seeking an Electrical Engineer to coordinate daily electrical works, review plans, and supervise M&E subcontractors on building projects in the Philippines. The role requires a PE license, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills.

The successful candidate will ensure adherence to ISO standards and fire/electrical codes, while supporting project managers with timely updates and accurate documentation on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Valid PRC Registered EE license.
• At least 3 years pro-active experience in general & building constructions works.
• Experience with contract documentation, administration & supervision of construction work.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of ISO quality standards, safety rules & QA/QC standards, Fire & Electrical Code of the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily electrical works, schedules, and site activities with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Review electrical plans, drawings, and specifications; perform material take-offs and prepare requisitions.
• Supervise and monitor M&E subcontractors to ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Resolve site coordination issues and provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager.
• Review shop drawings and as-built drawings to ensure accuracy and proper implementation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and KTMS.PH Integrated Management System procedures throughout project execution.
• Any task in relation to the designation directed by Supervisor or Top Management.
