Job description

A. BASIC FUNCTION :

Is responsible for proper planning and execution, leading and organizing of the electrical maintenance of all production equipment and accessories in the plant to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of defect free products at the least cost possible without compromising the safety of its workers.

B. Minimum Educational Qualification

A registered Electrical Engineer preferably with at least 3 years of related work experience.

C. Experience

Preferably with background in Industrial Plant Maintenance

D. Skills/ Competencies

• With extensive knowledge in motor controls
• Has the ability to organize activities and personnel as per plan
• Good communication and listening skills
• Willing to work in a long hour duration and able to handle pressure
• Willing to work on rotational shift
• Can make good decisions and provide sound solutions whenever needed
