About the role

Radtelcom Technologies Corporation is seeking a talented and dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team in General Santos City, South Cotabato. This is a full-time position that offers a fantastic opportunity to work on innovative electrical and electronic engineering projects that drive our business forward. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components that are integral to our operations. This position is based in our General Santos City office and offers the chance to contribute to cutting-edge technology solutions whilst working alongside a skilled and collaborative team.

What you'll be doing

• Design and develop electrical circuits, systems, and components for various projects and products
• Conduct detailed electrical analysis and simulations using industry-standard software tools and methodologies
• Create comprehensive technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for electrical installations and systems
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance on electrical equipment and systems to ensure they meet specifications and safety standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers and project managers, to integrate electrical solutions into larger systems
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations in all project deliverables
• Provide technical support and guidance during the installation, commissioning, and maintenance phases of projectsl>
• Stay current with advancements in electrical engineering technology and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes
• Prepare technical reports and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure or equivalent qualification is highly desirable
• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in electrical or electronic engineering
• Strong proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, SPICE, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of circuit design, power systems, and electronic components
• Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations relevant to your region and industry
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in team environments
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Experience with project management and the ability to meet deadlines
