About the role

Radtelcom Technologies Corporation is seeking an experienced Electronic Engineer to join our engineering team in Cebu City on a full-time basis. This role is pivotal to our organisation's commitment to developing innovative electronic solutions and systems. As an Electronic Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing electronic components and systems that meet our clients' technical requirements and industry standards. Your work will directly contribute to the advancement of our product offerings and the success of our key projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop electronic circuits, components, and systems in accordance with project specifications and technical requirements




• Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses to assess the viability of new electronic designs and solutions




• Perform rigorous testing and validation of electronic prototypes and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory compliance




• Troubleshoot and diagnose electronic system failures, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions




• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including circuit diagrams, schematics, design specifications, and test reports




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, manufacturers, and quality assurance personnel, to ensure successful project delivery




• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in electronic engineering




• Support the optimisation of manufacturing processes and cost reduction initiatives without compromising product quality




• Assist in the selection and evaluation of electronic components, materials, and suppliers

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline




• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in electronic engineering or a related field




• Strong proficiency in circuit design and analysis, including analogue and digital electronics




• Demonstrated experience with electronic design automation (EDA) tools and computer-aided design (CAD) software




• Solid understanding of microcontrollers, microprocessors, and embedded systems




• Knowledge of PCB (printed circuit board) design and layout principles




• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices relevant to electronic engineering




• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail




• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work effectively within team environments




• Experience with simulation software and hardware testing equipment is highly desirable




• Knowledge of signal processing, power electronics, or telecommunications systems is preferred
