Job summary

Radtelcom Technologies Corporation in Cebu City is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This full-time role focuses on design, development, and optimisation of electrical and electronic systems powering our telecom and electronics solutions.

You will design circuits, perform feasibility studies, create schematics, and run simulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in electrical or electronic system design and development.
• Strong knowledge of circuit design, power systems, and electronic components.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MATLAB, PSPICE or similar tools.
• Understanding of electrical codes, standards and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in telecommunications or electronics manufacturing is a plus.
• Professional certifications in electrical engineering are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test electrical and electronic circuits, components, and systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for new projects.
• Create detailed electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Perform simulations and analysis using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into larger projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical failures and performance issues.
• Conduct QA and testing to ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in electrical engineering.
• Maintain accurate project records and prepare technical reports for stakeholders.
