Job summary

Collins Aerospace PH is seeking an Engineering graduate to join their design team in the Batangas region. The role involves basic to advanced modeling and drafting under supervision, and collaboration with system engineers to design interior components.

Applicants should have at least 4 years in a design organization, CAD/CATIA V5/NX experience, and exposure to New Product Introduction. This position offers growth in a global aerospace company supporting cutting-edge projects.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with emphasis in electrical or electronics engineering.
• At least 4 years in a design organization producing component-level design and R&D.
• Experience in CAD/CATIA V5/NX or other CAD software applications.
• New Product Introduction (NPI) experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic to advanced modeling and drafting based on company standards under supervision.
• Designs and analyses interior system and components in cooperation with system engineers.
• Performs system safety analysis, including hazard assessment and fault stress analysis.
• Collaborates with other Engineering groups, Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Chain; Manages and meets cost and product weight targets.
• Participates in the validation of the product using different engineering methods.
