Job summary

Collins Aerospace Philippines is seeking an engineer to design interior systems and perform FEM analyses to support component level design. You will work on complex assignments, assess feasibility of tests and products, and interpret engineering principles while upholding EHS standards at the site.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Aeronautical, Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, has hands-on experience with FEM tools (PATRAN/NATRAN, FEMAP, ANSYS, Abaqus), and demonstrates strong

• Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering.
• Experience with FEM and classic hand calculations.
• Experience with PATRAN/NATRAN, FEMAP, ANSYS, Abaqus or any other finite element analysis software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or other related Engineering courses

• Experience in FEM and classic hand calculations

• Experience with PATRAN/NATRAN, FEMAP, ANSYS, Abaqus or any other finite element analysis software

• Preferably with at least a year of involvement in a design organization producing component level design

• Excellent report writing and communication skills.

• Should not be under a Performance Improvement Plan

• Should not have received any disciplinary action for one year
