Job summary

SM Prime Holdings, Inc. is seeking a licensed Electrical Engineer to provide engineering support for ongoing and future projects. This role covers the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to close-out, ensuring quality and adherence to project specifications.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years’ experience in design or construction management, proficiency in AutoCAD, and the ability to handle multiple projects with minimal supervision. This is an on-site position at Two Ecom, MOA Complex.

• Provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure quality of contractors' works and adherence to plans.

Skills

Licensed Electrical Engineer

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Experience with SAP2000/STAAD.Pro/ETABS

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

Job description

The role will be responsible in providing engineering support to ongoing and future projects. The role will cover the entire project lifecycle - from project conceptualization until close-out and should be able to cater to the varying technical needs of the project.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre-Construction

Determine relevant project requirements and provide sound strategy thru the sourcing and selection of competitive Design Consultants and/or Pre-Engineering Service Providers.

Construction

Provide regular assistance to internal (Design, Construction Mgmt, Project Dev’t, et.al) and external (Contractors, Consultants et.al) partners through the following:

• Database management of all plans and specifications issued
• Timely revert of information and approvals to stakeholders and project partners
• Monitor development of project and determine potential risks of delay
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be directed

Post Construction

Ensure contractors’ works are done based on the quality required of the project and in accordance with the plans issued.

Other matters

Issue Project deliverables in a timely manner and within budget

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer
• 4-5 year's experience in a design or construction management capacity
• Proficiency in computer aided design (AutoCAD, SAP2000/STAAD.Pro/ETABS)
• Design experience in both horizontal and vertical property development projects
• Able to provide structural design and specifications
• Able to handle multiple projects and can work with minimal supervision
• Candidates must be willing to work on-site at Two Ecom, MOA Complex.
