Job summary

Dempsey Inc. is hiring an Account Officer with 2 years of experience in the Electricity Service Supply Industry, based in Antipolo City. The role centers on developing new accounts, maintaining client relationships, and delivering compelling sales proposals and quotations.

You will coordinate with internal teams, conduct client visits, and monitor market trends while supporting budgets and forecasts. Strong communication, negotiation, and business acumen are essential for success.

Qualifications

• College graduate, preferably in Electrical Engineering
• Sales experience is an advantage but not required
• Understanding of the electrical industry and its products
• Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Strong business acumen

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts through referrals, telemarketing, cold calls, and other leads
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by offering additional products and services
• Plan and conduct regular client visits
• Gather customer requirements and prepare sales proposals and quotations
• Coordinate with the Design Development, Planning, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service teams regarding product specifications, costing, production schedules, and documentation
• Negotiate proposals with clients in coordination with the Sales Head
• Participate in site visits for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Coordinate the preparation of Sales Order Forms and supporting documents
• Prepare yearly sales forecasts and budgets
• Monitor project progress and sales performance
• Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
• Represent the company at client events and special projects when needed
• Assist in collecting overdue accounts
• Support the development of sales objectives, plans, forecasts, and budgets
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Perform other related duties as assigned
