Job summary

AboitizPower seeks an Account Officer in Cebu City to manage and nurture existing Retail customers, aiming to retain them, grow the portfolio, and promote energy solutions. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Engineering, 1 year sales or 2 years in any field, Cebuano proficiency, and a valid driver’s license.

• 1 year sales or marketing experience in power industry or 2 years in any field.

As an Account Officer, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing Retail customers within the assigned segment, with the objective of ensuring customer retention, satisfaction, and account growth. It also aims to promote and generate sales within the portfolio by identifying opportunities for account development, account acquisition from customers affiliated with existing accounts, energy solutions and services, and cross‑selling, contributing to the achievement of established sales and market share targets for the Retail Supply portfolio. And contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with Energy Sales and Solutions Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose‑driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be

• Maintaining strong and proactive relationships with customers, addressing their operational and commercial requirements, and coordinating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored energy solutions, support efficient service delivery, and uphold AdventEnergy’s standards of customer service. The Account Officer will represent the company in dealings with key accounts, allied sales forces, and industry associations.

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who is capable for:

• Computer and Systems Proficiency

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or any 4-year related Course, with proclivity for mathematical analysis and problem solving
• Professional:
• At least 1 year sales or marketing experience in the power industry or at least 2 years’ sales or marketing experience in any field
• Experience working with Visayas or Mindanao companies is an advantage. Proficient in Cebuano Language.
• Driver's license required
