Key Responsibilities
- Conduct EHS orientation for new employees and ensure understanding of company safety policies.
- Deliver Mandatory Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Training (8-hour and 4-hour compressed sessions).
- Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and safety modules for job-specific and safety training.
- Maintain and update employee training records and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate training schedules with the People Department, Hubs, and Distribution Center Supervisors.
- Provide updates and reports on employees who have completed or still require mandatory OSH training.
- Conduct safety awareness programs, toolbox meetings, and emergency drills (e.g., fire and earthquake drills).
- Travel to different sites to deliver EHS training and safety orientations.
- Support Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control (HIRAC) activities.
- Continuously improve existing safety training programs and develop new training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Safety, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in EHS, safety training, or occupational safety programs.
- Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards and workplace safety regulations.
- Experience conducting safety training and emergency drills is an advantage.
- BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) certification required.
- Training of Trainers (TOT) or other advanced OSH certifications are an advantage.
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willing to travel to different operational sites when required.
