• Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Validate marketing claims such as subsidies, discounts, exhibits, and events.
• Encode approved claims into the system.
• Ensure claims are processed within 7 working days.
• Monitor claim status and processing deadlines.
• Update and maintain claims tracking records.
• Check documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with concerned teams to resolve claim discrepancies.
