Chevron Philippines Incorporated is seeking an Efficiency & Analytics Specialist based in Makati City, Philippines. The role focuses on using data analytics to surface finance opportunities, improve controls, working capital and P&L while enabling GBS efficiency through optimization reviews and a continuous improvement mindset.

You will leverage SAP/JDE/Blackline/GEP SMART and Microsoft Power BI to deliver actionable insights, collaborating across corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or closely related field.
• Strong written and spoken communication abilities.
• Demonstrated influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and deliver under tight timelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and process-improvement mindset.
• Experience with finance and accounting tools (SAP, JDE, Blackline, GEP SMART).
• Proficient in Microsoft Power BI.

About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Efficiency & Analytics Specialist. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To, The Following

• Establishing use of data analytics to surface finance opportunities that:
• improve controls,
• impact working capital;
• improve P&L
• Enabling GBS efficiency goals through
• process optimization reviews,
• continuous improvement mindset; and
• innovation.

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in any field related to accounting
• Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
• Demonstrated influencing skills
• Proven prioritization skills with a focus on delivery within tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to details and can recognize and raise opportunities for process improvements
• Experience with finance and accounting tools (SAP, JDE, Blackline, GEP SMART)
• Microsoft Power BI experience
