About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Efficiency & Analytics Specialist. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.

• Establishing use of data analytics to surface finance opportunities that: improve controls, impact working capital; and improve P&L
• Enabling GBS efficiency goals through process optimization reviews, continuous improvement mindset; and innovation.

• Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in any field related to accounting
• Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
• Demonstrated influencing skills
• Proven prioritization skills with a focus on delivery within tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to details and can recognize and raise opportunities for process improvements
• Experience with finance and accounting tools (SAP, JDE, Blackline, GEP SMART) Microsoft Power BI experience
