Job summary

Chevron Philippines Inc. seeks an Efficiency & Analytics Specialist to drive data analytics across finance opportunities, improving controls, working capital, and P&L. Based in Makati, you will enable GBS efficiency through process optimization and continuous improvement.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree related to accounting, strong communication and influencing skills, and experience with SAP, JDE, Blackline, GEP SMART, and Microsoft Power BI. Hybrid work options are available.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Efficiency & Analytics Specialist. This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Establishing use of data analytics to surface finance opportunities that:
• improve controls,
• impact working capital; and
• improve P&L
• Enabling GBS efficiency goals through
• process optimization reviews,
• continuous improvement mindset; and
• innovation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field related to accounting
• Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
• Demonstrated influencing skills
• Proven prioritization skills with a focus on delivery within tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to details and can recognize and raise opportunities for process improvements
• Experience with finance and accounting tools (SAP, JDE, Blackline, GEP SMART)
• Microsoft Power BI experience
