Job summary

Bal Raksha Bharat is seeking a Coordinator – Hub and Spoke Grade H to drive the hub-and-spoke model across partner schools. You will coordinate with hub and spoke centers, plan visits, align schedules, and engage government and school stakeholders for scale-up.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the project team, Hub schools, Spoke schools and stakeholders for smooth implementation.
• Identify Spoke schools, confirm visit dates, and facilitate school visits.
• Support scale-up of the Hub-and-Spoke model and engage interested schools.
• Coordinate visits, schedules, transportation, and documentation.
• Maintain timely visit confirmations and school-level information.
• Support implementation of elementary activities in Spoke schools with volunteers and staff.
• Provide orientation and raise awareness among stakeholders about the project objectives and outcomes.
• Track progress and follow up on actions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with government and school stakeholders for scale-up.
• Prepare weekly/monthly plans and progress reports.
