Job summary

RELX INC in Iloilo is seeking an Editorial Operations Effectiveness Manager to lead the operations strategy for Editorial Operations, aligning with REPH, LexisNexis, and broader priorities. You will translate objectives into roadmaps, drive process improvements, automation, and Agile initiatives, and build governance and performance measures across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong analytic and communication skills.
• Green Belt or Black Belt certification or equivalent.
• Agile Associate certification.
• CAPE Automation certification.
• 3–5 years minimum experience with LexisNexis platforms or equivalent; editorial content operations experience preferred.
• Experience managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation and execution of operations effectiveness strategy for Editorial Operations.
• Translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, business cases, and resource plans.
• Drive process improvement, globalization, automation, BPM, and Agile transformation initiatives.
• Establish governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications for the initiative portfolio.
• Monitor performance, track benefits post-deployment, and adjust strategy.
• Mentor teams in Continuous Improvement methods and project execution.
