Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking a skilled EDI Specialist in Metro Manila to manage EDI operations and interface with clients and 3PL partners. The role requires experience with ERP system 2000 and a strong understanding of apparel supply chains.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure accurate data exchanges and smooth order processing, while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in EDI operations, preferably in apparel or 3PL.
• Proficiency in EDI transactions and ERP system 2000.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• EDI Management: oversee and maintain EDI transactions; onboard partners; troubleshoot issues.
• Client and team communication: liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues.
• ERP System Management: use ERP 2000 to monitor product data, orders, and inventory.
• Industry knowledge: apply apparel industry and supply chain understanding to tasks.
• 3PL coordination: collaborate with third-party logistics partners for warehousing and fulfillment.
• Documentation and compliance: keep records of EDI data, partner agreements, and standards.
