Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking an experienced Operations Systems Analyst to bolster critical business operations across EDI, ERP, and inventory. The role emphasizes independent work, cross-team collaboration, and ownership of complex initiatives with a broad scope beyond EDI.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in garment/apparel operations, ERP systems, and data validation, with strong analytical and communication skills to coordinate with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of garment/apparel industry experience
• Extensive ERP systems experience in garment/apparel operations
• Experience with EDI, order processing, and inventory management
• Strong data entry, customer service, and 3PL coordination background
• Knowledge of B2B/e-commerce operations and data validation
• Familiarity with systems integration and project management

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between clients and internal teams on operations
• Provide timely support for customer inquiries and drive issue resolution
• Communicate across departments to ensure initiatives progress smoothly
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on operational and systems concerns
• Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood, documented, and executed
• Utilize ERP System 2000 to manage product data, orders, and inventory
• Maintain data accuracy within the ERP environment
• Analyze business processes, data flows, and system integrations
• Support systems integration and continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies and propose solutions
