Job summary

The Montage Accessories Company is seeking an EDI Specialist to support and maintain EDI and CSV file exchanges with partner networks and owned websites. You will diagnose and fix issues, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and help ensure smooth data flows.

In this role you will assist in end‑to‑end testing in a beta ERP and document SOPs across departments. A work‑from‑home arrangement is available and strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge in order entry and shipping processes is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Collaborative, consultative communicator with a team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain EDI file import/export for partners.
• Handle CSV file import/export for company-owned websites.
• Research and troubleshoot partner-, carrier-, item-, or user-error scenarios.
• Assist integration project manager in EDI testing in a beta ERP environment.
• Document and maintain SOPs for various departments.

EDI Specialist:

What you’ll be doing:

• Support and maintain:
  • EDI formatted file import/export for various partners.
  • CSV formatted file import/export for company’s owned websites.
• Research and troubleshoot a multitude of partner-specific, carrier-specific, item-specific, or user-error scenarios and be able to diagnose, fix, and communicate to stakeholders.
• Assist integration project manager in EDI and end-to-end testing in a beta ERP environment.
• Document and maintain SOPs for various departments.
