Job summary

ProView Global in the Philippines is seeking an Information/Data Integration Specialist to resolve errors and ensure accurate EDI file feeds from carrier reports.

You will review layouts, reach out to clients and carriers, and develop data exchange specs and XML configurations to support end-to-end data import processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with MS Excel.
• Experience with data integration and EDI/file feeds.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review layouts, structures and carrier specifications needed to create the EDI file feeds.
• Reach out to clients/carriers/brokers via email or call to obtain information for the EDI file build and address issues.
• Develop and document data exchange specifications and processes with clients and insurance carriers.
• Configure the system via web-based GUI based on client and carrier needs.
• Analyze and digest business and technical requirements from multiple sources.
• Analyze and develop mappings and translations between data elements across systems.
• Build import files from various data sources and execute the data import process end-to-end.
• Develop XML configuration files.

What is the job?

Resolving errors listed in the reports from the carrier files and records that were invalidated by the Enrollment System

Some of the tasks you need to do:

• Reviews layouts, structures and carrier specifications needed to create the EDI file feeds
• Reaches out to the client/carriers/brokers via email or call to obtain needed information necessary for the EDI file build and to address issues or any related concerns
• Develop and document data exchange specifications and processes with clients and insurance carriers
• Configure the system (utilizing web-based GUI) based on the needs outlined by the client and carriers
• Analyze and digest business and technical requirements as provided by multiple sources
• Analyze and develop mapping and translations between the data elements in different systems, interfacing with the client's platform
• Build import files from various data sources and execute the data import process (end-to-end)
• Develop XML configuration files

Skills/Requirements needed for the job:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
• Working knowledge in MS Excel
• Working knowledge in data integration
• Working knowledge in XXL file and conversion
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work extended hours or alternate shifts as necessary (may include holidays, weekends, or nights
