Job summary

AS White Global Pty is seeking a Healthcare QA Specialist to ensure accuracy and quality of medical reports across systems, supporting compliance with healthcare regulations. The role is night shift and onsite in BGC Taguig, aligning with US Eastern Time (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM PHT).

The successful candidate will review reports, manage documentation, and collaborate with global clients while enjoying a sign-on bonus and medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Registered Nurse preferred).
• Experience reviewing or handling medical documentation.
• Experience in clerical or administrative support within a healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent English communication—verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate medical reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Maintain and update records across systems and databases.
• Handle inquiries and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
• Identify, escalation, and help resolve documentation or compliance discrepancies.
• Support audits and assist in process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality assurance standards.

Our client, a leading U.S. provider of independent medical exams, peer reviews, and compliance services, seeks a Healthcare QA Specialist. The company pioneers innovative technology for record retrieval, digital ordering, and electronic summaries serving the legal and insurance industries nationwide.

As a Healthcare QA Specialist, you’ll ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of medical reports, manage documentation across systems, and support compliance with healthcare regulations.

This is a night shift, onsite role based in BGC Taguig, aligned with US Eastern Time (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM PHT). A PHP 50,000 sign-on bonus will be offered to the successful candidate!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written; comfortable managing calls and high-volume emails.
