Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 technical support and resolve complex issues
• Investigate failed orders and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using Logz.io
• Deliver resolutions through Zendesk or elevate issues with complete findings
• Resolve backend issues and bugs using Jira
• Monitor and troubleshoot orders using CRM platforms
• Support eCommerce platforms including Amazon, Shopify, and Gorgias
