Job summary

Reliasourcing Inc. is seeking an experienced Tier 3 Technical Support professional in Metro Manila. You will handle technical support for B2B clients and support popular eCommerce platforms such as Amazon and Shopify.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Tier 2 Technical Support experience and strong skills in product listing management. The training will be onsite before transitioning to a hybrid work setup upon client approval.

Responsibilities

• Handle Tier 3 technical support and complex issue resolution
• Support eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Gorgias)
• Manage product listings, including SKU setup and maintenance
• Assist B2B clients with technical and platform‑related concerns
• Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and resolutions

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year Tier 2 Technical Support experience
• Strong eCommerce experience (Amazon, Shopify, Gorgias)
• Experience in product listing and SKU management
• B2B (Business‑to‑Business) support experience
• SaaS support experience

Work Set‑Up

• Full onsite training
• Transition to hybrid setup upon client approval: 3 days WFH, 2 days onsite
