Job summary

David Jones is seeking an eCommerce Promotions Coordinator to support setup, testing, launch and maintenance of online promotions across our eCommerce channel, ensuring the trade plan delivers a seamless customer experience.

Working with Trade, Buying & Planning, Marketing, Product, Technology and Customer Care, you will coordinate execution, validate offers, monitor lifecycle and escalate issues to minimise impact while driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce, promotions, or digital trading environments.
• Ability to interpret terms, conditions, and promotional briefs.
• Strong Excel skills for data handling and validation.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate setup, testing, launch, and maintenance of online promotions.
• Validate offers, timing, pricing logic, and customer messaging.
• Monitor promotions lifecycle and escalate issues to minimise impact.
• Maintain promotion records and status updates in trackers.
• Collaborate with Trade, Marketing, Product, Technology and Customer Care.
