Job summary

TPA Operations Corp. is seeking an Ecommerce Product Lister / Image Badger to ensure timely product listing requests and accurate image updates. You will manage product images, understand product details, and contribute to enhanced marketplace and website content.

The role includes onboarding new clients, organizing data for stores, and collaborating with teammates to rollout website changes. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering preferred), 0–1 year experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above is required.
• Industrial Engineering degree preferred.
• 0–1 year of working experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Lean Six Sigma White Belt is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken (English/Filipino).
• Team player with reliability, independence, resourcefulness, and initiative.

Responsibilities

• List products in marketplaces in a timely and precise manner.
• Process images using Etaily tools for product uploading.
• Support day-to-day requirements of different departments to aid operations.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the marketplace team and processes.
• Schedule and communicate site maintenance as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the role

The Ecommerce Product Lister / Image Badger is responsible for ensuring all product listing requests are actioned upon within the agreed timeline. The core function of this role is to manage and update product images that are essential for the product listing task and to know the products inside and out to create better marketplace and website content. This position involves participating in the client onboarding process, organizing data and documents needed to create stores, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure the rollout of website and marketplace changes. A key duty is to inspect product pages, checkout options, and other pertinent systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use, thereby ensuring client satisfaction and providing professional support.

Key responsibilities

• List products in different marketplaces in a timely and precise manner
• Process images using Etaily tools to be used for product uploading

• Schedule and communicate intensive site maintenance, as needed

About you

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or above
• Degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred
• Minimum of 0-1 year of working experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• White or Yellow Belt Certified in Lean Six Sigma is good to have
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both written and speech
• Proficiency in English and Filipino
• Team-player who is reliable, independent, resourceful, and innovative
