Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an analytical eCommerce Performance Analyst to own GA4 implementation, ensure data integrity, and translate insights into opportunities that drive measurable impact. You’ll partner with product, UX, and development teams to bring optimizations to life.

The ideal candidate has experience in GA4, ecommerce analytics, and A/B testing, with a strong sense of the customer journey and product sense. This is an on-site role based in Pasig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce analytics or related field.
• Experience with GA4 and data-driven optimization.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and data quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Own GA4 implementation across ecommerce properties and ensure data accuracy.
• Build, maintain, and optimize ecommerce funnels, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• Align analytics data with business KPIs and reporting tools.
• Troubleshoot tracking issues and resolve data gaps with development teams.
