Job summary

Global Executive Solutions Group Inc. is seeking an Ecommerce Fulfillment Assistant Manager in Pasig to oversee end-to-end order fulfillment, warehouse operations, and coordination with 3PL partners.

The role emphasizes accuracy, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction in a footwear/fashion retail environment. The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years in fulfillment or logistics, with 2–3 years in a leadership role, and hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento, Anchanto Solutions, and OMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• 5-7 years in fulfillment, logistics or supply chain roles with 2-3 years in leadership.
• Direct experience in ecommerce operations: order processing, inventory management, shipping and returns.
• Experience managing warehouses, 3PL partners or fulfillment centers.
• Familiarity with major ecommerce platforms and OMS; experience scaling during peak periods.
• Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment with focus on accuracy, on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Manage warehouse operations and inventory; coordinate with 3PL providers and carriers.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Promote team collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.
